Investigating - After the deployment this morning, we are currently experiencing issues with the monitoring metrics in the eMagiz Portal. Preliminary investigation infers that the issue relates to changes in the Mendix Cloud. Our team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

As a result of our latest evaluation, we decided to follow the industry-wide standard to not support the following TLS versions anymore when receiving incoming connections into our cloud carwash as of May 1st, 2025.

Update -
Following the deployment of version 241 on Thursday, the 27th, we have identified two issues: one related to the Release properties, where performance has slowed down during release activation, especially in models with Mendix Connector systems, and another concerning the Feedback widget.
We will include fixes for these issues during this deployment window.

Our extensive testing leading up to our planned release date has identified some minor improvements that we would like to include in this release. As a result, we have determined to delay the release of this image till March 27th.

On March 13th, we expect to introduce our latest runtime image. We periodically update our runtime images to ensure that our platform adheres to the latest standards regarding functionality and security.
Once the image has been made available, it will be applied to your environment the first time you execute a deployment after our release date. Although we consider this a maintenance release, we recommend testing the new runtime before applying it to your Production environment. Preliminary release notes can be found here.

Investigating -
A problem occurred in our control tower handling the metrics of all gen 3 eMagiz models. This caused the metrics to be delivered to eMagiz with a delay. You can notice this by having received false alerts and not being able to see the latest metric of your environment.
At this moment we have already identified and fixed the issue and you should see your metrics catching up in the eMagiz portal. We will keep on monitoring the environment to ensure it remains stable.
The issue started at: ~15:40 CET The issue ended at: ~16:17 CET
Any alerts generated between these times can be false alerts. The metrics are catching up and should all be visible in some time.
