Scheduled Maintenance

Non-standard scheduled maintenance eMagiz infrastructure Apr 3, 2025 04:00-05:00 UTC

On this date, we will be conducting a non-standard maintenance release to implement security improvements. Although there are no current security issues, we are proactively enhancing our systems to prevent potential vulnerabilities.

This maintenance will not cause any downtime; all services will remain operational. However, during the deployment window, it will generate reconnection logs.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the release notes.

Important Notice: Deprecation of supported TLS versions on connections to our eMagiz Cloud May 1, 2025 04:00-05:00 UTC

As eMagiz, we continuously validate our best practices configuration on security to the industry-wide standards in the fields of security to uphold our reputation as a reliable and secure integration platform. As a result of our latest evaluation, we decided to follow the industry-wide standard to not support the following TLS versions anymore when receiving incoming connections into our cloud carwash as of May 1st, 2025.

- TLS v1.0
- TLS v1.1

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the comprehensive release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.

Update - Our extensive testing leading up to our planned release date has identified some minor improvements that we would like to include in this release. As a result, we have determined to delay the release of this image till March 27th.
Mar 6, 08:43 UTC
Scheduled - On March 13th, we expect to introduce our latest runtime image. We periodically update our runtime images to ensure that our platform adheres to the latest standards regarding functionality and security.

Once the image has been made available, it will be applied to your environment the first time you execute a deployment after our release date. Although we consider this a maintenance release, we recommend testing the new runtime before applying it to your Production environment. Preliminary release notes can be found here.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the final release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.

Resolved - The metrics are up-to-date again, the issue is fully resolved.
Mar 20, 16:09 UTC
Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Mar 20, 15:35 UTC
Investigating - A problem occurred in our control tower handling the metrics of all gen 3 eMagiz models. This caused the metrics to be delivered to eMagiz with a delay. You can notice this by having received false alerts and not being able to see the latest metric of your environment.

At this moment we have already identified and fixed the issue and you should see your metrics catching up in the eMagiz portal. We will keep on monitoring the environment to ensure it remains stable.

The issue started at: ~15:40 CET
The issue ended at: ~16:17 CET

Any alerts generated between these times can be false alerts. The metrics are catching up and should all be visible in some time.

Resolved - On March 17th, we experienced an outage of part of our infrastructure responsible for processing all Event streaming-related metrics. As a result, all Event streaming-related metrics on all models were lost between 16:15 (CET) and 17:25 (CET).

Given that the metrics were lost, all models with active event streaming alerting will have received alerts in a delayed fashion (if the alert was still applicable).
