On this date, one of our suppliers will perform a major infrastructure upgrade. As a result, functionality in the Manage phase, particularly Alerts, could be impacted.
Although eMagiz will try to make the transition as smooth as possible, we recommend that you start with the following preparations:
- Given that alerts cannot be processed, you cannot rely on our mechanisms to notify you when things are going wrong. Therefore, we advise you to stay on alert during this time window and actively monitor data flow across the platform. - On top of that, the behavior described above can lead to false-positive alerts on your system. Please be aware that this can happen, so independently verify whether the reported alerts are relevant. - We advise against executing any deployments during this time window.
