Pre-Announcement: eMagiz certificate update Feb 12, 2026 04:00-05:00 UTC

On this date, we will update one of our internal certificates. The certificate we will update is the emagizcloud.com certificate. During the rotation of the certificate there will be no downtime of our cloud slots.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the comprehensive release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.

Resolved - After careful monitoring by our supplier and us, we can conclude that everything is working again as intended. As a result, this incident is resolved.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing problems regarding our new eMagiz Event Broker running on DSH. The result is that users no longer have access to the topics. This can result in data loss when you use this functionality to exchange messages.

We have informed our supplier of this issue and are in active communication with them. Once we have more information, we will inform you via this platform.

Scheduled - On this date, we will release a new version of our platform.

We understand that the release of this new version, which will result in approximately three hours of downtime, may cause some inconvenience. During this period, the iPaaS Portal my.emagiz.com will not be available. However, we assure you that all other services will remain operational.

As part of this release, we will make a new runtime image available to the community. This means that new releases created after this moment will automatically include this new runtime image. Consequently, this will trigger a redeployment of all runtimes.

Note that due to an infrastructure update, you may experience a delay in displaying metrics, logs, and errors in the Manage phase of eMagiz in the morning after our deployment.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the comprehensive release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.
