Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance eMagiz iPaaS platform Jul 3, 2025 03:00-04:00 UTC

On this date, we will release a new version of our platform.

We understand that the release of this new version, which will result in approximately one hour of downtime, may cause some inconvenience. During this period, the iPaaS Portal my.emagiz.com will not be available. However, we assure you that all other services will remain operational.

Note that logging, metrics and alerts for Gen2 models will be missing during the deployment window.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the comprehensive release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.

Important Notice: Deprecation of supported TLS versions on connections to our eMagiz Cloud Jul 3, 2025 04:00-05:00 UTC

As eMagiz, we continuously validate our best practices configuration on security to the industry-wide standards in the fields of security to uphold our reputation as a reliable and secure integration platform. As a result of our latest evaluation, we decided to follow the industry-wide standard to discontinue insecure ciphers and not support the following TLS versions anymore when receiving incoming connections into our cloud carwash.

- TLS v1.0
- TLS v1.1

To prepare yourself for this migration you should check the following:

- Verify that calls to any eMagiz endpoint do not use one of these TLS versions.
- Verify that when you make use of whitelisting on IP level to our infrastructure you whitelist all IPs mentioned here.

The rollout will happen as part of us releasing a new environment template later this year. This means that you are in charge of determining when the update is executed. Once executed test the connectivity to eMagiz HTTPS endpoints within your model. As always, we urge you to deploy the template first to your non-production environment(s) before going to Production.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the comprehensive release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.

During the deployment, Event streaming-related metrics can be missing during a short timeframe within our deployment window. In this case, there is no impact on data traffic.

Resolved - Additional investigation led to the conclusion that between 10:20 and 10:30, the Control Tower experienced reduced availability. During this time window, we observed a slight drop in the metrics received compared to the usual values. This suggests that some logs or errors may be missing due to the temporary unavailability of the Control Tower.

Given that everything is stable since we consider this issue to be resolved.

Monitoring - Our monitoring stack experienced issues. The issue impacts the display of monitoring data in the Manage phase, which can include logs, errors, and/or metrics. Please inspect your alerts properly to ensure no false positive alerts are generated.

We are investigating the issue and are in communication with one of our providers to validate that this functionality has returned to its normal state.
