We understand that the release of this new version, which will result in approximately two hours of downtime, may cause some inconvenience. During this period, the iPaaS Portal my.emagiz.com will not be available. However, we assure you that all other services will remain operational.

On this date, we will release a new version of our eMagiz agent. This agent is responsible for communicating between the various machines within your model (both on-premises and our cloud). You can update this agent by updating to the latest environment template that will be made available on this date. Before updating, ensure that for machines running on-premises, the following communication is allowed by your firewall:

Communication to "controlplane-agent.emagiz.com" on port 443

Communication to "controlplane.emagiz.com " on port 443

To update you can use our upgrade functionality to fully automate this on the date of your choosing.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the comprehensive release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.

On this date, January 16th, we will release a new version of our eMagiz agent.
