A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results.
To all who experienced this issue this morning, please follow the steps below.
1. Identify a property on the runtime(s) in question for which you want to deploy a new version. 2. Change the value of this property via a property release 3. Activate the release and wait a couple of minutes 4. Create another property release and change the property value of the selected property back to its desired value 5. Activate and deploy this release. 6. Throw out any broken releases of earlier today

Update
We have identified a fix which we will release to Production in a minute. In case you were impacted by this problem, when trying to deploy a new version to one of your environments, you need to force this change once more to ensure things get back to normal.
When deploying, it can happen that building images is delayed.

We are currently experiencing issues with deployment execution. Consequently, users cannot deploy to models that contain Windows machines.
Note that this impacts those running on the current architectural stack.
