On this date, we will release a new version of our platform.
We understand that this release, which will result in approximately two hours of downtime, may cause some inconvenience. During this period, the iPaaS Portal at my.emagiz.com will not be available. However, we assure you that all other services will remain operational.
In addition, we will update one of our certificates. We will update the emagiz.com certificate. During the certificate rotation, there will be no downtime for our cloud slots.
Furthermore, in February 2027 (a more specific date will follow), we will update one of our internal certificates. The certificate we will update is the emagizcloud.com certificate. During the certificate rotation, there will be no downtime for our cloud slots.
Although eMagiz will try to make the transition as smooth as possible, we recommend that you start with the following preparations:
- In case you are using a custom trust store when connecting to one of our endpoints, it is crucial to abandon this strategy before February 2027, in line with our new best practice. This way, you will rely on the platform defaults for which certificates you trust.

Once the deployment is complete, we will share the comprehensive release notes in the Community. These notes will provide a detailed overview of this version's new features, changes, and improvements.
