Investigating
We are still experiencing issues with our monitoring stack.
Our engineering team are actively investigating the underlying cause of the incident and are working to restore stable metric processing.
To minimize the risk of metric data loss while we continue our investigation, we have temporarily disabled the Manage phase as a precautionary measure. This allows us to focus on stabilizing the monitoring stack while preserving metric data.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide another update in approximately 45 minutes.
