For clients using our next gen stack, on Friday the 22nd of September 2023 at 12:30 PM we plan to do a (mandatory) cloud template update, which will affect the production environment for clients that use docker infra. The downtime on both single and double lane next gen stack will be max. 5 minutes. The cloud template update will encompass a rebuild of machines, and is similar to the Ubuntu upgrade from several weeks ago.
The automatic cloud upgrades will be done before the 22nd of September (in the week of September 18). During these upgrades, the cloud template update will be completed on the test and acceptance environments.
If you prefer to have the cloud template update executed at a different timeslot, then please contact c.kokkeler@emagiz.com. The cloud template update has to be completed at least before the 1st of October 2023.
We understand that this maintenance update is short term, but due to the mandatory changes required to ensure operational stability, the update has to be performed.
